Avery is officially seven days old today! This has been a tiring but incredibly rewarding week as we have gotten to know our little one. She is doing really well and seems like a very content baby (knock on wood). My favorite moments with Avery are when she just stares into my eyes after a feeding, in the morning, or even in the middle of the night. She seems to have her days and nights mixed up, which the pediatrician says is just God’s way of breaking us into parenting. Though she only weighed 5 pounds 13 ounces when she left the hospital, she has already gained back her weight at 6 pounds 3 ounces. She is in the 10th percentile
for her weight, and the 50thpercentile for her height and head circumference. The pediatrician says she is very healthy! Grandma Diane has come to visit her second granddaughter this week. She has already been a huge help. We are very excited to have her here. We hope you enjoy some of the updated pictures of Avery…we have taken over 200 this week!

Ron found the rest of the pics what a precious little Avery. Cherish every moment and love those digital cameras. Keep up the good work with the blogs I love them. You all look like such a cute little family remember to keep time for each other as it gets harder but is so essential.
